All video conferencing, web conferencing and telephone conferencing requirements must be disclosed to library staff at the time of an event's booking. Connection details for all parties must be provided to library staff at least 24 hours prior to the start of an event.
You are solely responsible for scheduling and organizing your connections. You must provide your participants with the appropriate connection information for your event.
